ImageCapture 9.1 is a so-called minor release in which optimizations in the software have been implemented. In addition, integration-specific features have become available in the latest version of ImageCapture. In this article these are described per application link.
SAP Business One
For users of SAP Business One, the Sales Order Processing solution is available as of this release. When you regularly receive purchase orders from your customers, these need to be checked for irregularities in prices and items. A sales order is then created in SAP B1, which forms the basis for the invoice to be sent later. Manually checking the purchase order and processing the sales order is an error-prone and time-consuming process. Based on the master data in SAP Business One, ImageCapture checks whether the customer’s purchase order corresponds to the standard sales prices or established price agreements. Then ImageCapture automatically generates the booking rules and the sales order is created in SAP B1. You can read more about this solution here.
