Our support team has the possibility to remotely take over your system. This encrypted connection is a very safe and quick way to solve your support requests. More detailed information is available on this page.

The connection can only be established when you give permission to connect to your PC. Without your permission our support engineer can not get access to your computer. U can monitor the activities and you can disconnect the session at any moment. Once the session has been disconnected it can only start up again with your permission. No host will be installed. 

Please mind that it is not possible to submit support requests via TeamViewer! Please contact our support desk first via support@scansys.nl or 0031 (0)15 3102040, option 1.
