ImageCapture fully integrates with Trimergo software and uses the master data, order data and booking logic from your records when processing documents, without the need for periodic synchronization. So you manage your data exclusively in Trimergo.
By scanning the delivery notes in ImageCapture or importing them from the mail, the documents are automatically linked at the header level to your order in Trimergo, then the order line data is retrieved directly from Trimergo.
This applies to delivery notes related to a previously placed order, as well as delivery notes related to an invoice already booked (in case of drop shipment).
After this, directly from the screen, the receipts can be processed per line and enriched with additional data. The receipts are then processed per order in Trimergo.
Delivery notes where reading in at line level is possible can also be matched by item code and quantities delivered. Here the external item codes are matched to the item master card in Trimergo.
The digital document is directly linked to the receipt record in Trimergo so it is quickly retrievable when there are questions or ambiguities about the purchase invoice.
