ImageCapture fully integrates with Ixolution’s software and uses the data in IXSuite to process the transport documents. Consignment notes can be retrieved directly from the order administration or made available for track and trace on your website.

Scanning

Consignment notes, CMRs and route lists are batch scanned using barcodes and automatically linked to the open order in IXSuite.

Consignment notes scanned by on-board computers are automatically imported based on the order number.

Sorting

In addition to automatically linking freight documents to orders in IXSuite based on barcode separation, freight documents can also be assigned to the corresponding order by the user. To this end, ImageCapture automatically retrieves a selection file of open orders from IXSuite.

A document type can also be assigned to the freight document in ImageCapture (batch or otherwise). Additionally, the file in IXSuite can also be requested from ImageCapture for further verification and to make changes such as actual unloaded weights and other comments.
