Automated consignment note processing with NaviTrans

The process in ImageCapture

Scan

Consignment notes, CMRs and route lists are batch scanned using barcodes and automatically linked to the open order in NaviTrans.

Consignment notes scanned by on-board computers are automatically imported based on the file or order number. CMRs can be processed by route, charter or trailer number. Package and packaging mutations can also be processed directly in ImageCapture.

Sort

In addition to the automated linking of freight documents to orders in NaviTrans based on barcode separation, freight documents can also be assigned to the corresponding order by the user. To this end, ImageCapture automatically retrieves a selection file of open orders from NaviTrans.

A document type can also be assigned to the freight document in ImageCapture (in batches or not). In addition, the file in NaviTrans can be requested from ImageCapture for further verification and to make changes such as actual unloaded weights and other comments.

Archive

The transport documents are exported and digitally archived under the relevant order or route in NaviTrans.

The documents are retrievable from NaviTrans, for example when there are questions about the sales invoice. The digital freight documents can also be made available for Track & Trace on your website or exported via FTP.

Send

The digital freight documents can be sent automatically with the sales invoice or sent separately to the customer by e-mail.
