ImageCapture for Documents and ImageCapture for Runsheets is modular and flexible applicable scanning software. It helps you cut away many manual operations from your business processes. Documents like bills of lading, manifests and invoices can be largely automatically processed. And directly linked to your TMS.

The time and costs you save can be crucial to the continuity of your transport business.

Some examples of the possibilities of our software:

Scanned bills of lading can be retrieved directly from your TMS. You can make them available on the internet or send them with your invoices.

Scan CMRs in batch per ride, charter, trailer number or any other level. ImageCapture links bills of lading from shippers automatically to the right order. The CMRs are linked to the shipping number in your transport administration.

All scanned documents are automatically archived and are completely searchable thanks to our reliable OCR technology.

The Invoice Class module lets you scan and process cost- and charter invoices. These are then easily linked to the booking in your administration. You can immediately see if there is any difference between the anticipated costs and the actual costs of transport orders.

The Runsheet Class module separates scanned runsheets into distinct order lines. These can be sent separately, or published on the internet page for tracking and tracing. The module automatically detects whether a signature is placed or not.
