ImageCapture for Documents makes digitising your documents very easy.

It recognises scanned documents and sends them automatically to the right locations, applications or databases. Invoices and payments for instance, can be directly imported into your accounting system.

ImageCapture for Documents is the basis of our software, to which specific modules can be easily added. Even without those added modules, ImageCapture already has extensive possibilities, like:

Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Lets you convert printed text in a scanned document into searchable, editable and exportable text that can even be allocated as meta data.

Document indexation. Documents are indexed by means of an added code, through OCR, barcode scanning or a link with a database application.

Document enrichment. Add user-definable meta field directly to a document. Mandatory field input, data validation and interfacing to other fields are some of the possibilities.

Archiving. Digitised documents are written to the correct location. Names of files and folders are automatically generated.

Database export. Scanned documents or sections thereof can be exported into many different file and database formats.
